Glad it’s useful for you. I’m in the same boat as you…trying to promote a fashion product. Definitely get on HARO if you haven’t yet and work you way up from there.

Your next best resource would probably be Savor the Success. They have some lists specifically dedicated to our industry…Fashion Industry List, Luxury Industry List and a Features Media List.

If you find any new ones in your search I’d love to add them here! Let me know… =)
