Who Should You Follow On Twitter: Part 1
Everyone knows what twitter is for, right? It’s all about microblogging and sharing your daily doings. But if that’s all you’re using it for, you’re missing out! Twitter is also about following the right people in order to get access to the right information. Of course, depending on your business, the right information means something else than what it means to me.
But, If you are like me, actively involved in PR activities, then you want to follow everyone who’s anyone in the PR world. Hopefully you already know about HARO and are following Peter Shankman, but don’t stop there. Take a look at the people HE follows. Seeing as he’s a big shot in the PR industry, chances are he’s only following people he thinks are worthwhile.
And here’s the best list of people to follow…
Just released is a list of top media people using twitter and their twitter names! Browse through it and pick out the ones you could benefit from. And when you’re bored and have some free time on your hands (unlikely, I know), browse through their follows and pick out some more! It’s twitter pickin’ time!
