Yes, it’s that dangerous time of the year again. The time of year when all we seem to do is stuff our faces with pumpkin pie, sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping and all that candy floating around at the office (definitely my downfall). I guess that’s why it’s online training. Never done it before but seems like you can do anything online these days!
I think exercise is one of the most important activities we can do for body and soul. I love the idea of an online workout and training session. I try to set aside at least 30 minutes a day to clear my mind through yoga and pilates. I am not always there but I am taking a closer look these days at trying to incorporate daily exercise and proper eating habits into my routine.
