Dear Steve Madden, I’ve only worn these shoes ONCE

This not the first time I bought Steve Madden shoes, but it might just be the last. The soles fell apart like cardboard.

The problem here is that I’ve grown to expect quality from the Steve Madden brand. But where’s the implicit premium that I paid for? I could probably get better quality shoes from PayLess.

The minute a brand stops being consistent, it loses a customer.
