SHIPPING
Esculon offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING via UPS. Since each item is handcrafted, please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your order. You will be notified by email when your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our jewelry designs are created to make you happy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Also, if anything breaks within the first 30 days we will repair it for free! You will be responsible for shipping costs.To return an item please contact us at esculonNYC@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Without the RAN, the package will be sent back to you and no credit will be granted.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made through PayPal, where all credit cards are accepted. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make payments. Customers do not need a PayPal account to make payments.

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 8.375% will be charged to all orders shipped in the state of New York. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside of New York.

We love creating custom ordered jewelry! Stunning bridal jewelry or gifts for your bridesmaids are our specialty. We will even coordinate our gift wrapping to match your color scheme. Your ideas combined with the unique style of the designer will result in a truly special piece. All of your preferences will be incorporated into the design and we will work with you every step of the way while creating your custom jewelry. WHAT TO EXPECT
Every item on our website is handcrafted by the designer and is therefore unique. All orders will arrive gift wrapped, along with special care instructions.
